To whom it may concern:

my girlfriend and I have been dating for almost 2 years. We started having unprotected sex for about a year now when she started on the pill. She had period 2 weeks ago and for the last couple of days she has had sort of a "morning sickness". While having sex we also use the "pullout" method. She hasn't been gaining weight of anysort or "bleeding". What I am requesting is reassurance / a percent of how likely she can get pregant with the methods we use. Thanks so much.

p.S. - just yesterday i've had morning sickness. I'm hoping it's just a contagious stomach virus that she gave to me.

I am posting my opionion on the 'chances' of her getting pregnant, assuming she takes her pill, *everyday at the same time* that is sooo very important for the pill to work to its full potential. If you take the pill correctly its like a .03 percent chance of getting pregnant, I think. People have gotten pregnant while on the pill but most likely they wernt taking it right, or they just happend to be that .03 by you using the pull out method too, thats good, your chances of getting her pregnant is less I think, because when I started bc, I stopped the pull out method with my bf. Just assume when having sex there is always a chance of her getting pregnant, so just have her take a test a few days before her period and see. But if shes doing everything right with taking her birth control, I wouldnt worry too much. :)

ya as long as she's taking her pill correctly there is little chance of her being pregnant. Also she would get morning sickness not you dear!

I think that you are ok, as long as she takes her pill on time and everyday, she wont get pregnant. You may have just caught a little stomach flu but if she still is having pregnancy symptoms in a few days, ask her to take a test to ease your mind.

Just so you know. The pull out method, is not a method of birth control. There is sperm in pre cum.

I got pregnant with my first on the pill and using a condom, so it is possible. But if your girlfriend is taking the pill correctly, there is only a very small chance she may be pregnant.
