Question About 3 Red Bump Inflamations

Today for the first time in a long time I
used some hand lotion to masturbate and
immediately these inflamations showed up
on the head of my penis
is this just some sort of irritation from
the lotion? I have never seen anything
like this
and I havent had sex in nearly 5 years, is
it possible for symptoms not to show up
for 5 years if somehow I did get an std
