I Think Im Unfertile...please Help Me Posted: 05-31-05 17:29pm
Im only 19 years old but im scared to
death that I am unfertile and won't be
able to have children in the future. Ive
been sexually active since I was 16...I am
not on birth control and I dont always use
condoms. Guys have ejaculated inside me
many times and ive never gotten pregnant
from it. I dont want to get pregnant, so
I guess its good that I havent yet. But
im just scared that there has been many
chances for it to happen and it never has.
Also...My periods have almost always been
irregular. I will go for months without
getting it and then sometimes ill get it
extremely heavy with alot of very painful
cramping. Please can anyone help me and
tell me if there are signs of being
unfertile. I love children. They are my
life. I work at a daycare and im majoring
in elementary education. Please tell me
anything you know. Thank you so much!
Hey girl! I know where you're coming
from. I have been with my boyfriend for
almost a year and a half and for a year we
haven't been using any type of birth
control the whole time. No pill, patch,
shot, or condoms, he doesn't even pull
out. Everytime we make love he goes in me
(sorry tmi) but my point is, I have not
gotten pregnant through out the whole
year. So i'm starting to think the same
as well. But sometimes it takes longer
for others and sometimes there are
problems. But what you can do is go see a
doctor and get a full check up. And to
regulate your periods (since you don't
want kids right now) get on the pill.
They help. Hopefully I helped in someway,
and now you know you're not the only one!!

Hello girl, i'm having thesame problem.
I'm sexaully active since 3years.
Have got boy friends, had sex without any
protection; yet I have never been
pregnant
i'm now with my boy 10months now , I love
him like crazy and really wanna make a
baby. Yet not getting pregnant
lately I thaught I might be pregnant but
nothing. I went to my doctor who advice
me to quit smoking . You are not
infertile, you're still very young
,getting pregnant is really a game , and
remember the most fertile couple has got
20per, chance of having a baby each month
so just be patient.

I thought something was wrong with me too
for a while. I got pregnant at 16 &
19 on the pill and miscarried both times.
Then with this boyfriend we have been
having unprotected sex since almost the
begining (we both went and got tested
before having unprotected sex)we've been
together 4yrs. I figured something was
wrong with me or him. All of a sudden in
oct I found out I was preggy, I am now
due in 3 weeks. I guess before just
wasn't my time.
Sometimes it's just not time. If you're
really worried about it you can go see a
doc.
A friend of mine on another forum just
found out she does not ovulate so has to
take special drugs to help her conceive.

could be nothing at all.
