7 Days In Mexico, Now I Go to the Bathroom 5 Times a Day! Posted: 06-03-05 09:57am
Came back from mexico last sunday. While
I was their, I never got sick. Only
drank bottled water and I ate 3 times a
day.
I'll bet the entire time I was down there
I went to the bathroom maybe 5
times(#2).
Now that i'm back, I can't stop going. I
don't have diahrea, but anytime I eat, I
have to go within the hour. Should I be
concerned about this, or assume its my
body getting rid of everything I ate in
mexico. I only ate at my all inclusive
hotel, so it wasn't any food I wasn't use
to. But I figure their food had no
preserves in it, if that had anything to
do with it.
Your opinions are appreciated!

Superman, I have the same exact problem
that you have. Only ive had it for over 3
years now. It started when I was 14 (im
now 17), and I go to the bathroom after
every meal, anywhere from 1/2 hr to 1 hr
after I eat. I am underweight, and have
been to over 6 gastrointerologists, just
to have it labled as "ibs". They did find
1 thing, I am intolerant to the sugar
"fructose", which is in all kinds of
stuff. Ive tried elimanating that, and it
helped to some extent, but didnt solve the
problem. I eat alot throughout the day,
but im always hungry about an hr after
meals. The only advice I can give you is
to start using probiotic suplements, and
enzymes, and try avoiding foods that say
"high fructose corn syrup" in the
ingredient list.
-oh, and I also saw your other post about
"primial defense". Very interesting stuff
there, I might just try that... Im at the
end of my rope on what to do about this,
and ill try just about anything now that
might have a chance of fixing the problem
we have. Anything that says "promotes
digestive health", I might just try, lol.
Good luck to ya.
