K sooo sorta firm bag of worms like
swelling at the top left of my scrotum and
almost sorta at the side of it too. Was
giving me a slight dull ache yesterday
when sitting and standing sometimes. Took
some tylenol and it went away..Did the
same thing this morning and it hasnt
really hurt all day. From what ive read
it seems like a varicicole deal.
Sooo..Can I just leave this? Will it go
away with time? Anddd is there anything I
should or shouldnt be doing? Like if im
physically active should I try to not be?
Is sex or anything that involves
ejaculation blah blah, bad for it? Is
anything gonna make it worse (sex,
phyiscal activity etc...)?

You can do anything that you want with a
varicocele. You are the judge as to what
you can do and what causes added pain.
As far as getting it fixed, I would get it
done as soon as you can. Why be in pain
when they can fix this problem easily.
I had surgery in 1991 to fix one and they
had to open me up with a 4 inch incision
but now they can ligate with a scope and
you only have a tiny opening and can be
back to 100% within days.
Definatly go to a qualified urologist and
get this fixed!

I noticed the same thing at age 14 or so.
It got bigger over time and at 22 I
finally went to a urologist. I also have
cvid chronic venous insufficency disease,
basically, the valves in the veins deep in
my legs do not close all the way. I wear
compression stocking to assist
circulation. The vericol seal for me is
slightly related and a surgery to cut out
some of the extra veins was not completely
successful. My current sperm count is up
from 1 million to about 3 million. The
"average" male has from 60-150 million.
I am considered infertile with a .5%
chance of naytual conception. Natural
birth control.
If you are concerned, go see a urologist.
It will help.
