Who's the Father??

Hi,
i am confused.. Im 24 weeks pregnant and
im not sure who's the father is.. The
last day of my last period was dec 18
2004.. And I had sex with 2 guys after
that.. One was with my long lost
highschool boyfriend ;) which I didnt see
for 4 years and the other was my
boyfriend.. I remember my hs bf releasing
everything in me on dec 28 (which I know
he did on purpose).. But I was still
having sex with my boyfriend after that,
until the next month (january) I found out
I was pregnant.. I worry less when me and
my boyfriend have sex bcoz he always pulls
it out and we've been together for almost
2 years and we never slipped once.. (but
we broke up weeks later =( )
but can it be possible he may have spilled
some in me?? Now me and my hs bf are back
together and I know it's easy to say he's
the dad bcoz he actually did it.. But
what confuses me is, he was also doing
this back when we were highschool but I
never got pregnant.. Plus, he said he
also do this with his other past
girlfriends and they never got pregnant
either.. And now I just suddenly got
pregnant.. Could it be my xbf of 2 years?
=(
my mistake was, I should have made sure
about everything first before I told
everybody the news about me having a
baby.. And now, everybody's expecting
he's the father.. What if im wrong and
turns out the other way?? Is it possible
to have a dna test b4 the baby is born?
Coz I read an article that drs can take a
sample of the placenta and test it.. I
dont want to consider abortion either.. I
just want to have a peace of mind.. And I
dont want my baby to have the last name of
the mistaken father.. Please, can anybody
give some advise??? Sorry it was kinda
long..
Thanks,
kaela

When did your dr tell you that you most
likely conceived? You are just gonna have
to wait unti the baby is born to find out
who the father is. If you had unprotected
sex with both of them around the same time
then you are probably just gonna have to
wait.

Hi thanks for replying..
I dont have that much choice right?? My
doctor didnt ask me anything about when I
conceived.. She just told me my due date
which is september.. I wish I haven't
told everybody yet until I was sure.. I
guess I just gonna have to cross my
fingers until I give birth.. :(
thanks,
kaela

Put your last period date into a due date
calculator and it says conception occured
around saturday, january 1, 2005 and your
due september 24th. Hope this helps
some!

Trying to determine the conception date
from the due date isn't really accurate or
reliable. Not all women haver 28 day
cycles, and even within a 28 days cycle,
there is a three day window in which most
people with a 28 days cycle ovulate.
Your problem isn't that you don't know who
the father of your baby is. You're a
promiscuous person, and I sincerely hope
you grow up within the next few weeks and
realize it's *not* acceptable or healthy
to be with multiple men when a child is
involved.

Know me personally before trying to make
an inapt verdict to my grounds.. But I
appreciate the "help"...

nice. This is a support forum. Learn
some compassion. I'm sure she didn't say
"i'm gonna sleep with 2 guys and get
pregnant"

There was no need to call her a
promiscuous person.
Have you slept with more than one guy?
Then I guess you are too.

i know that you slept with two guys within
a small enough period of time to not know
which impregnated you.

support is more than telling someone
they're okay, they're doing great, etc.
Does anyone here think it would be
acceptable for her to bring two guys
around a once after she has a child to
emotionally harm with it?
| Quote: |
tr> | have you slept

|
yes, actually. However, I did it after
taking an emotionally healthy break
between relationships. I didn't randomly
hook up with "some guy" and still stay
with the first guy. On top of being
dishonest and skanky, it was sexually
risky behavior. I especially loved how
you thought it was sad that your bf and
you broke up after you messed another guy.

this is from her original post:

tr> | "my mistake was,
I should have made sure about everything
first before I told everybody the news
about me having a baby"
|
so, sleeping with two guys isn't a
mistake? She doesn't express any remorse
that she put herself in this position to
start with.

it still doesn't say that she's gonna
bring two guys around.
As to the original post, yes there is a
way for dna testing while pregnant but
it's too late for you:
prenatal
(before your child’s birth) dna
testing:
amniocentesis: this test is
performed in the second trimester,
anywhere from the 14th-24th
weeks of pregnancy. During this
procedure, the doctor uses ultrasound to
guide a thin needle into your uterus,
through your abdomen. The needle draws
out a small amount of amniotic fluid,
which is tested. Risks include a small
chance of harming the baby and
miscarriage. Other side effects may
include cramping, leaking amniotic fluid,
and vaginal bleeding. A doctors consent
is needed to do this procedure for
paternity testing.
chrionic
villus sampling (cvs): this test
consists of a thin needle or tube which a
doctor inserts from the vagina, through
the cervix, guided by an ultrasound, to
obtain chrionic villi. Chrionic villi are
little finger like pieces of tissue
attached to the wall of the uterus. The
chrionic villi and the fetus come from the
same fertilized egg, and have the same
genetic makeup. This testing can be done
earlier in pregnancy from the 10th-13th
weeks. A doctors consent is needed to do
this procedure for paternity testing.

make sure to decapitilize the h in html.
And why even mention abortion, you are 24
weeks along, the only way youcould get an
abortion now is if your life or the baby's
life is in danger.

she didn't say she wasn't, either.
Also, abortions at 24 weeks aren't *that*
hard to come by. Under us law, a women is
entitled to an abortion for life or health
reasons at any gestational age. That
includes psychological and familial
health.

Lauriana or watever ur name is, I think
you should grow up and not judge people
when you dont know them, how old are you?
12?
Thats how you act, life isn't high school
so get over yourself,
and abortion at 24 weeks?
Gee I dont know about the laws in the us
but in australia where I live, that's
considered homicide, mostly because at
that far along the baby does feel pain.
Look, things will work out no matter what
happens, wether its your exes or current
boyfriends baby, people will still love
and support you so things will work out
ok? :) hope this helps

And by the way, do you know what they do
to baby's at 24 weeks, they either stick a
needle in ur cervix and burn the baby to
death,
or they deliver the baby and then stab it
in the head a couple of times til it
dies,
or deliver it and just leave it in a bowl
til it suffocates,
sounds like homicide to me
