Pain is severe and specific to mostly the
hand joints, I also have been living on
malox for gastric distress, heart burn.
Other involvement has been nausea and
vomiting almost on a daily basis, please
help me do you have any clue as to what is
wrong with me fatigue is setting in and im
frustrated and unable to live a normal
life style . Please advise, thank you.

Sounds as if you need to see a gi
specialist. Sjogrens causes problems
with the gi tract. Some of them are
quite serious. Also do you have a
rheumatologist?

Could be ibd as well.. I would talk to my
doctor about seeing a specialist!
