Krittlekat,
at least you found out before you got
married.
I found out my husband had it 9 months
after we got married. We had
unprotected sex for several years, as I
was on birth control pills.
I was tested for hep c and luckily, I
don't have it. If I had known about
this beforehand, I most likely would not
have gotten married to him.
I know that sounds mean, but it's the
truth.
I am now afraid of sex even though we use
protection. If I were you, I would
always use protection just to be safe.
Most experts say it is not transmitted
through sex, but i've heard that it's
possible too. So it's a matter of how
much you want to be with him and if you
can live with the fact he has hepatitis
c.
