Which Is Worse? I Can't Decide...?

My doctor just recently suggested I start taking orthotrycyclen for my acne. I have struggled with my skin for years and i'm just sick to death of it. On the other hand, i'm also very self conscious weight and work hard to stay in shape. I've heard that you gain weight on this pill and I don't know if i'm willing to make that sacrifice. What causes you to gain the weight while taking this pill???

Hormones in the pill is what makes you gain weight. I take the same pill and I have barely gained any weight, I still stay very active and I have hardly noticed the weight. As long as you stay active you will be fine. Dont worry..It really helps with acne also

I am on orthotrycylen lo and I have not gained any weight at all. I have been on it for a little over a month now. Maybe its too soon to tell, but my weight has stayed the same.

Does anyone know if the lo brand helps with acne too?
