Hello,
i am constipat since I was 8years old, now I have 18 so around 10years. Before a few years ago I didn't know that I was constipate, I thought that the way I was going to the toilet was normal. My doctors never find anything... They told me to drink more wather. Since 6months I really drink a lot of wather, I try to drink about 2l, and only wather. Since then I have lost about 10kg. When I start to drink wather I was like 60kg and now I am 49kg, which is not so normal I think. But anyway, I am quite scare to go below 50kg because I am 1m60. It seems that I continue to loos weight. Anyway, recently I had big emorodis, I was choked! There were more blood than if I had my period. Anyway, then a doctor gave me some cream and natural laxatif that I had to take for about 2 -3 weeks. Now I see a dietician which told me that I have to eat a lot of fibre, she didn't really gave me a special diet. So since she told me that I take care not to eat between dinner, eat some fruit, lots of vegetables, lots of fibre and a bit of pruno juice each day. Now it seems that I go everyday in the toilet, acctually every morning after I take my coffee but it is quite painful and I have small emorodis. Does my body act like that because of the stress and depression as well? Because of the school I am very stressed, and I am depressed I don't know why as well as I am very tired since I am a little child. I really don't know what should I do, because doctors never find anything or just give me medecin, which is not good to always have medecin...!! Anyway, hope that someone will help me thank you very much
