I'm getting remarried and we want to have
a baby, i've had a partial hysterectomy
both of my overies and tubes I still
have.. How can I at least have 1 baby?
Can I take one of my eggs and his sperm
and join them in someone else?

Look up "host surrogacy"
just be aware that it is illegal to
advertise for a surrogate so you will need
to join a surrogate intro program
