I cant give advice of whats wrong because ive never experienced this or know anyone who has, have you spoke to your mother or a doctor about it? I could understand you being un comfortble with this, but hey maybe theres something that can be done to fix it, so mise while see. Its mostly just skin down there maybe there is a surgery that could cut off the extra length on one side, (not trying to scare you about surgery) but I dont see anything else that could fix it? Just talk to a doctor I suggest : )

Both my labia minoras protrude. I think protruding labias are better than the labias that look like your butcrack just continues on. Lol. Get my picture? Those labias seem like they are underdeveloped. Im proud of mine.

Help me out here. I feel extremely low about how I look down below.

I'm all wrinkled on my labia majora and when I look in a mirror, when standing and my legs slightly apart the view is horrendous. Seriously. I have so many fold and wrinkles on my labia majora and minora area. Almost like an old woman's. Does anyone else look like this when looking at it in this angle?

Every womens vagina is unique..... I wouldn't worry about it too much.. Your just paranoid...And guy that has the privledge to see you naked, is not going to say,"...Oooh my god, your labias are bigger than the other"...Trust me...That will be the last thing on his mind

Sammy is right, guys really don't care how a girls vagina is shaped. I think you may end up surprised too, when you find out what you have really turns some guys on. It's all well and fun, no matter the shape or look, and when a guy really cares for you, it's not your vagina he's gonna fall in love with, it'll be you!
Through my life, I have seen and had sex with a lot of different women, and some had some really different shape of the labias, but the girl I married (22 years now!), is because I fell in love with her, not her 'cute' vagina.
Don't be so hard on yourself about this! Learn for it not to bother you, and believe us, it won't bother any guy who truly cares for you.
If a guy makes a remark about it when he first sees you naked, get dressed and leave, he is not yet a man no matter how old he is!

I know exactly how you feel....I'm 14 and it sounds like mine looks same as yours.... I'm glad that i'm not alone!..... It's one of the reasons that i'm still a virgin. 14, gee I used to think it was barbaric the way they married 12 year olds off in india, but now I see that girls are so stupid in the usa that they want to just be used at that age without even any benefits of marriage...

My daughter is 13 and I tell her to enjoy her childhood because when it's over it's over and there's lots and lots of time to be a woman, a wife, a mother later on.

She's a competition dancer, can sing beautifully, and writes wonderful essays. She knows that it's her heart, soul, and mind that makes her a full human being. I know she'll experience pressures, so I am not even allowing her to go to middle school, she's home-schooling from now on and we're going to travel the world. When I used to visit the junior high school my son went to, the girls had see through skirts with thongs, belly shirts galore, there were some making out in full view in the hallways, and as bad as it was when I went to school it's just a porno-toilet in the public schools any more. Kids are so stupid they convince themselves that oral sex isn't sex and they're sucking and licking and feeling ok with that...But essentially they don't or they wouldn't kid themselves as they do.


I am so disheartened to see the levity behind such young girls playing with their bodies, their reproductive powers, as if they're nothing. I know my diatribe won't change anything, but at least I will do the best I can to keep my own kids from either hurting anyone else or getting hurt themselves. Even the loss of self-respect from acting our sexually prematurely is harm, and it's sad.

I hope girls will realize how some guys are just using them as sex toys specially in this very young age. And as I guy I am saying that the girl who respect her body and dont just give herself to anyone is lot more valuable in the eyes of men.

Men who are looking for real relationships and marriage would prefer very much a girl who is just taking care of herself.

Ok, the girl didn't say she wanted to know this information so she could feel "normal" and then go out and screw everybody in sight! She's a girl that has just entered puberty and just like the rest of us were at that age, she has questions about her body that she's scared to ask her mom or anyone else because she's scared she'll be labeled a freak. That's what this forum is for, for anyone of any age to ask questions about anything. And what does being from the u.S. Have to do with her question? She wanted to know if something was wrong with her, and the answer to that question is...No...God made us all different and unique. Her having or not having sex isn't just indiginous of the u.S., from what I can recall, some people in europe bring their boyfriends home, have sex with them in their parents houses, get up and have breakfast with the family in the morning, and then go home. You had the impression that girls every where are wearing the same things and doing the same things, not so. You found it in your school. That's one school out of millions. It's not the only one, and not all kids act that way either. It all come back to morals, how they were taught, and if they were taught to have any.

i was just checking out cosmetic surgery sites before i found this forum..I have horribly protruding labia minora, they're dark and wrinkly and seriously just ugh. I knew my ex hadn't been with anyone before me so he couldn't compare me with others but now i'm dreading anyone else seeing me. There is a fairly simple cosmetic procedure but its a very scary thought! i was wondered if anyone has had it done and if so what was it like?I'm talking pain/ healing wise...i would really really appreciate an answer because my self esteem is taking an absolute battering.

Go ahead look around the internet. They come in all shapes, sizes, colors, wrinkles, loose, tight, hanging, pink, black, brown, hairy, shaved, etc, etc.

You might also notice that these pictures are from porn. Guys are paying for and getting aroused by pictures of what you think are ugly. You may think you're different, and maybe you are, but I've seen many girls with what you describe in pornographic photos.

Some guys even have a fetish for such things. Those fetishes often develop from having girlfriends with the same look. They get to love their girlfriends and all of their imperfections, and those imperfections become their fetishes.

I would never judge a partner because of the way her labia look. Everyone's different, no one decides what they get, and you are more than just your labia.

I'm not opposed to plastic surgery if it makes people feel better about themselves, but I think you'd find that nearly every man would accept and love you the way you are. Even the ones who have had partners before you to compare you to.

OK...i have long labia minoras too. and at first i was proud of them but now im so unsure. it really sucks becuase when you look at porn sites or whatever, its really hard to find a girl with larger lips. its like the industry pics only girls where the outter lips dont show the inner lips >. like whats up witht that. then there was one porn clip i saw wherethis one girl did have larger lips than what you usually see in the movies and dthe title of the clip was called freak. ????

Yeah, but porn is so unrealistic. It's like, most porn shows girls with huge breasts, but who's to say that every guy likes big breasts?? So there will be some guys who do like your bigger labia, it's more to suck on/play with etc and some might be indifferent to it but as long as it's not causing you any health problems then why should you have to change your body just for someone else?? And like previous posters have said, a guy will just be so pleased to know that you are willing to give yourself to him (when you are ready of course) that he won't care about it, he'll just be glad he's actually seeing it. Right im letting you into a secret now. Im in the fetish and porn industry! The reason girls with large labia lips CANT be shown is because its considerd to hard core porn like a erect penis etc. The only place you will see them is in hard core porn vids. i would just like to post to offer consolation to anyone who is self conscious about their labia. i too have big (or what i consider to be big) inner lips. over the years i have come to live with it much better.

i've had two boyfriends and neither of them thought it was unusual or weird. in fact i brought it up with my ex and he just seemed a little confused. what had made me so paranoid for years, he hadn't even really noticed and certainly wasn't disgusted by it!

I used to think that having neast, streamlined, short inner lips was the ideal, and was what men found attractive. i had it in my head that this is what 'porn star' vaginas looked like. but a few months back i was looking at a lot of porn from all sorts of different sites and was shocked, amazed and relieved to see that about 75% of the women in the videos had protruding inner lips. not all of them huge, but certainly noticeable. and this wasn't even fetish porn.

i think we girls must be much too hung up about our appearance down there. how often do you look at a guy and go "uuugh! one of your testicles is bigger than the other!!"? In the same way, it is totally normal for labia to vary a lot in size and shape, and for it to be asymmetrical. any man that looks at you and thinks you are ugly because of this is naive, mysogynistic, and frankly a jerk!
