I have had symtoms in the past, but now i've recently had new symtoms. I would like to know all of the symtoms for appendicitis, and if the symtoms are always constant or if they can be sporadic.

My friend had an appendicitis operation a few years ago. According to him the major symptom is a severe pain in the right lower abdomen region.
