Not sure if this is the correct section,
but here it goes...
I either have a cist or a staph infection
on my upper forehead. It's definitely
not a zit. It's a bump under the skin
that makes the skin stick out. It's a
little bit red(possibly from what i've
done to it) but isn't noticeable from a
distance of..Say..5 feet. It's been
there for about 6 months now and it's
starting to annoy me. I've tried poking
several holes in it with a sterilized
needle and squeezing it to remove what
ever is in it and it didn't work.
Someone said that if it's a cist, I can
put a warm towel to it for several minutes
at a time and the puss will come out. I
tried it and it didn't work.
I went to the doctor about 2 months ago
and they said that they cant do anything
because it's on my face and if they mess
up, then I could sue. Then they called
my doctor and left him a message and he
called my moms house(the number they have
for me) and my mom called me and told me
to call the doctor but I never did.
How can I tell if it's a sist or a staph
infection? Is the only way to cure it
to go to the doctors? Thanks.
