Could This Be Stress And Anxiety??? Posted: 06-08-05 10:29am
Hey, for the last 6 months I have been
under alot of stress and anxiety, I have
an anxiety disorder and recently alot of
stuff has been getting to me, to the point
where I always think something is worng
with me, at first my throat started to
hurt, then my head and now I always think
my lymph-nodes are swollen and my legs and
arms feel weak and I will just get tired
during the day, now it feels like my knees
and elbows are always hurting, and can
stress make your skin dry? Im always
scared that I might have an std, can
someone help me please?? By the way im
only 18, does anyone think this all could
be from anxiety or stress??

Damn scared, I know what you mean, when I
was 19 I would always stress and think I
was dying and something was wrong with me,
I would constantly check my pulse and
sometimes say this is it to myself
thinking ill drop dead right there. I
believe it his definately anxiety issues
because now im 22 been under alot of
stress and those feelings have came back
except im thinking about more crazier sh*t
than before. Dr said I was obsessing and
had real bad panic attacks, turned down
the zoloft and am trying to work it out on
my own. I beleive my brain will fix
itself eventually.
