Knowing when you ovulate is tricky, how many days do you usually have in your cycle? If it is 28 days it is usually around day 14 however, you can't go exactly by that. If you track your basal body temp, you can know more closely when you are ovulating. When you ovulate your temperature goes up and stays up until you get your period comes. (if your pregnant, it stays up) your best bet is to use fertilityfriend.Com. You can use ovulation tests also, but you won't know exactly on those either because they usually give you a positive within 48-72 hours of when you are going to ovulate. Try tracking your temperatures every morning it will help alot. Take care! :) p.S. The reason I say you never know is because my cycle is not normal and I tried for a long time to conceive on what I 'thought' was my ovulation day (day 14) but found out I tend to ovulate later then normal and really ended up ovulating around day 19.

Don't be scared... Do you mark down when you normally start your cycles? Your cycle length should be the first day of one til the first day of the next. Most women are 28-35 days in length. Usually it is 14-16 days after your cycle starts but like I said mine was 19 days after. You just need to learn your body's cycle, everything will be fine. It just takes time, if I had started doing that sooner it probably wouldn't have taken me 4 years to get pregnant! Lol. Take care, and dont worry!
