I am female 36 and have spots around the
base of my nose, in the creases down to my
mouth and on my chin, almost in a circle!
I am very greasy on the sides of my nose
and very, very greasy on my forehead. I
know it might be time of the month etc but
they are there as well when it isn't. The
spots look awfull and the greasy forehead
feels really bad. Any ideas on what to do
to get rid of one or both of these
problems??

Use soap, it will dry out the skin and
stop it from being greasy.
