I dont have anxiety, but I belive one of
the first symptoms is to worry all the
time about little things, then panic
attacks out of the blue...
But remember it is different for everyone
i hope you're ok :)

Can you have upset stomach nausea
lightheaded and headaches as your 1st sign
of anxiety & stress?

Sounds a little like stress but your
symptoms are pretty general, I mean they
could be the flu too with the headache and
dizziness...
Only a Dr. Can give you the right answer,
have you considered seeing one?

Yeah he said it could be stress but since
I last went ive been getting more anxiety
stypoms.

Headaches heart beating real fast. Chest
hurts feels like a heartattack.
Hypervinilating.

Yes it use to. Until they put me on
prozac.

Everyone's First Sign of Anxiety

I volunteered for a study on generalized
anxiety disorder. The symptoms are very
similar to depression. One recurring
thing I experience is heavy sighing.
What it feels like is that I can't catch
my breath. I also worry about things and
can over-dramatize how something will play
out if I can't get control of the
situation.
Some other symptoms i've been routinely
questioned on are:
muscles twitching
irregularity
going out of my way to avoid things that
frighten me (heights, driving, etc.)
inability to concentrate
frequent urination
interrupted sleep
loss of interest in things I used to
enjoy
startling easily
sounds fun - huh? I experience (or have)
all of these and occasionally, others, as
well.
From what i've been told, gad can also be
attributed to post traumatic stress
disorder; they are very close.
I would suggest seeing your physician and
requesting an evaluation. Perhaps with
prescription drugs and counseling, you'll
find some relief.

My first signs were when i'd dread being
in my mate's company I get a dry mouth
hence unable to speak and become very
unaware of my surroundings!!!
