Posted: 06-13-05 15:06pm

I am only 20 and was 12 weeks pregnant and don't have any idea what to do and how to cope with my babys loss. I just know I had a doc. Appt. To hear my baby heart beat and got worried when the doc. Could not find one and well I was just looking forward to this child with my husband and well its hard the same day and time while I was having a d&c surgery my sis was having her child it just makes it very hard on me and don't know how or what I can do to keep my self from hurting so much when I se her baby.

What can I do? And how long do I have to wait untill I am able to have another child?

:( I understand how you feel I am 20 and had my first miscarriage too. The relief of not thinking I could get pregnant is over but I am still scared bc I loved my baby and want him,her bad. My husband and family was a great support. There is nothing I can say to make you feel better other than your not the only one there but hey have fun trying again. Yougz

I am so sorry, I know having a miscarrige is so had to deal with, I was 12 weeks when I lost my baby in december, that was the same time one of my g/f's got pregnant. It was so hard to watch her be so happy and no matter how hard I tried to be happy for her I was still hurt and jealous. I felt like I would never get pregnant again.
But I am now 18 weeks pregnant, so dont give up hope!!! No one can tell you how to deal with the loss of your baby only you know how you feel. Keep your chin up!!

I am sorry for you loss, I just miscarried yesterday and in december, I know how you feel, I am really not sure how to deal with it either, lots of my friend are pg, and I have a hard time talking about their pregnancy, it hurts alot now and you wont ever forget it, but as time goes on it will get easier to deal with. For me I just have time to myself, and for the rest of the time I just try to keep myself busy, trying to stay working as much as I can. I am sorry it this was not much help to you, and again I am sorry for your loss.
