Don;t try right away. It is best to wait about 3 months and just cause you had 1 miscarriage does not mean you will have another.

I had 1 miscarriage at 16 and another at 19. I am now almost 26 and my son is due next saturday!

Give it a lil time before trying again and things should be fine.

Good luck!!!!

it is best to wait about 3 months so that you can be sure that your cycles are back in order. One miscarriage doesn't mean that you will have another one. However three or more is cause for concern. People usually wait until the 3rd trimester to announce a pregnancy because after that time the miscarriage rate drastically drops to around less than 1% I believe (that exact number could be wrong but I know it drops very low)

good luck and lots of baby dust to you.
