I tried everything and now this ant
working if you think i'm stupid you have
no idea what my life is like. I've lost
almost all my friends, because of the
cutting. I've tried counseling and
nothing work I may have a stupid reason
for doing it, but you no I ant got to
explain myself to no one.

You are very correct, you do not have to
explain yourself to anyone and all I am
trying to do is to help you. There is a
lot of help out there for you, you just
have to make the 1st step, my suggestion
is mental health and please do not think
that I am trying to tell you that you are
crazy, because you are not, it is just
that we all need help sometime in our
lives.

Hello I read this and I relate to you hun,
dont go into the mental side of things
just yet. See if you can do something
instead to help deter you from it I used
to cut, but recently I found putting an
elastic band on my wrist and pinging it
helps quite well. The reason is your body
releases adrenaline and endorphins so you
body gets addicted to cutting, its hard I
know im not saying it will cure you, but
