Alot of times I get chills that glo down
my scalp and sometimes on my sides, its
mostly on my left side but sometimes on my
right.. Anyone else get this. Im scraed

I get chills all the time out of no where,
I sometimes get them in my head, but
mostly on the rest of my body.

Although I am much less anxious now, I am
still prone to severe shivering chills if
a cool breeze hits me and it doesnt need
to be cold either
chills are often mentioned by anxiety
sufferers but docs dont seem to know about
this
at times I shake so badly that getting a
key in the doorlock is difficult
