Hi rita,
considering I do personal training,
bodybuilding, strength training, etc. And
have helped a number of girls achieve the
body they want to go into both modelling
and competetive fitness pagents, I may be
able to offer a bit of help.
Before I say anything though I will need
to know what level you're at. Please let
me know your age, gender, body fat %,
weight, height, experiencing in fitness,
what your diet is like, your current
training routine, what your goals are,
where you'd like to target, and if you
need help revamping your weekly plan.
