Herpes

I just got diagnosed with herpes. I have it around my vagina area. So I fugured it was genital herpes. But the test came back the it is type I which is oral herpes. The blisters/itching/pain etc.. Is all gone, now I found a blister in my mouth. Can anyone tell me what is going on???????????????

They can appear on the mouth in the vaginal area. You can read on it above these posts about it.

If you have oral sex with whoever you are with and then they kiss you, you can get it in your mouth.

It's increasingly common to contract genital herpes through hsv-1. This can happen through oral sex. Actually, it can also happen through vaginal sex if your partner has genital herpes caused by hsv-1. Herpes are annoying and painful, but be glad that at least in your case it was caused by hsv-1. ( since it usually affects the mouth, the chances of recurrence are slim and you probably will not get another outbreak in the genital region...But since you do have the virus, it can bring about cold sores in your mouth in the future. ) stress, menstruation, and being ill trigger outbreaks, so make sure to eat right, get enough sleep, maintain your stress levels....Stay healthy.
