Q: Help My Feet Hurt!

Im 28 wks and my feet are swealing and they hurt so bad I can't walk for long periods of time what can I do about this feet pain? And why does my feet hurt so bad. They also have a blue color to them.

I know how you're feeling. My feet look like tree trunks. I am 38 1/2 weeks and can barely walk on them.

Try keeping them elevated, soak them in warm salt water and make sure you tell the doc at your next appt, it could be a sign of pre-eclampsia. Mine isn't, it's just???????
