When I miscarried, I had most of the symptoms for atleast a week or 2 after. I only knew of my miscarriage at my first appointment with my gyno. The only indication was that the nausea had stopped.

I am sorry to hear this. I think it is normal. When I miscarried last year, my symptoms went away, but then the nausea came back about 5 days later. My doctor said that was because the placenta was still intact and functioning. Eventually, the symptoms went away again and didn't return.

I hope and pray you won't allow this to stop you from trying again when your body and mind are ready. I know this is a very difficult time to go through. All of this can be very discouraging. But from everything that I have read and been educated on, unless the doctors find something specific, you can still have a wonderfully healthy baby in the future. It took me about 9 months after my d&c to even get to the point of wanting to try again. But here we are, currently 8 weeks pregnant. I don't know if you remember replying to my note about a week ago. I'm the one who thought I was miscarrying one saturday because my symptoms went away. I did go to the doctor this week and all appears fine. I know we are not out of the woods yet, but I am still very hopeful.

Please take good care of yourself. Again, our prayers are with you. If you would ever like to talk more in private, my email address is arthompso n@mac.Com.

Thank you very much for you reply, I had started to give up, was considering getting my tubes tied, this is my second miscarriage since december 2004, they dont know if there is something wrong with me yet, they wont go into testing until I have a 3rd miscarriage (consecutivly that is) I feel ready to try again, I know that my body is not ready for it so I will let that happen before I try again, I am going to start taking prenatal vits. 2 months before I stop using condoms. The dr says that I cant do anything to stop a 3rd miscarriage from happening again, but it couldnt hurt to start talking them. Anyway thank you again, it has helped being about to talk to people that have been in my situation. If you would like to speak to me privately my msn addy (if you have msn) is par ty_girl32@hotmail.Com ( dont mind addy, I made it when I was 15, lol)

I to had miscarried and had the tender breasts for a week or 2 after but the nausea stopped. A guys wife that my husband works with was trying to have a baby but she kept miscarrying becuase she's really small and lacked the nutrition. They went to the doctor and tried different fertility things and now she's having triplets. I guess it just takes time and patience. And sometimes you get a little extra back lol. And good luck!
