Hope this info helps:
the most common ulcer symptom is gnawing
or burning pain in the epigastrium. This
pain typically occurs when the stomach is
empty, between meals and in the early
morning hours, but it can also occur at
other times. It may last from minutes to
hours and may be relieved by eating or by
taking antacids. Less common ulcer
symptoms include nausea, vomiting, and
loss of appetite. Bleeding can also
occur; prolonged bleeding may cause anemia
leading to weakness and fatigue. If
bleeding is heavy, hematemesis,
hematochezia, or melena may occur.
You can also go to google.Com and type in
"symptoms of h.Pylori and tons of sites
come up.
Good luck, hope you feel better. :)

Hi,
i am going throught the same problem with
a probable ulcer. The blood tests are
not back yet. In the meantime I am on a
probiotic and take olive leaf extract.
The doctor prescribe a proton pump
inhibitor to lessen the acid in my stomach
until I heal.
I will be having an x-ray to see if I do
have an ulcer. I am pretty sure I do
since I share the symptoms relating to
one.
Hope you are better.
