Q: Help Please

I finished my period about one week ago. I am calandered. I have a period for 4 to 5 days and it is finished. Well, now I have started spotting. I am on pencillin. I thought I may be pregnant, but the test was neg. The last time I had sex was about 2 1/2 months ago. So what could be wrong?
