Hi there
be grateful for some advice.
I have been taking microgynon for just
over a week. I am 31 and have not taken
the pill for about 6 years since coming
down with hormone migraines when I took
the pill cilest. My gp at the time said
that cilest was a bad pill for me.
Anyway - I have chosen to go back on the
pill but specifically asked not to have
cilest so they gave me microgynon.
I woke up with a bad headache yesterday
which stayed all day. I took 2 aspirin
and later on 2 nurofen. I had a good
nights sleep but woke up today with the
headache still there and I think its
getting worse - I am also starting to feel
quite sick. I have not taken anything
for it yet. Should I stop taking it or
perhaps phone my gp? I was thinking that
I should stick it out for at least a month
as it may be the changeover onto the pill
that is causing this?
