I Would Love to Be a Mum.

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for some time now and are under the care of a gynaecologist. There is nothing wrong with either of us physically, however we both have stressful jobs and busy lives.
I have had a pregnancy previously, although no live birth, my husband has a child.
How do you minimise stress that each month and period brings to avoid the stress adding to the fertlity problems? It is getting really tough and looks like our only option is ivf, any help would be greatly recieved. :( :?

Don't give up. Being a parent is the greatest thing in the world.I'm sure when the time is right it will happen.Maybe now is not the right time. You have so much stress now a baby will give you a lot more.
