I took an ept home pregnancy test at 10 days late for my period. I used it in the morning time. Is this test accurate with its results. I followed all the directions.

It was negative...And I didnt take it until around 1 in the afternoon and I got up at like 9 so I left the urine in my body for a while...So it should be accurate I hope

Yes it should be accurate! I had taken my pregnancy test in the afternoon and it was accurate.
If you still don't feel certain, get a blood test done.
