Abortion Doctor to Appeal Revocation Posted: 06-17-05 14:00pm

a former kansas city, kan., abortion
doctor said thursday that he would appeal
the revocation of his medical license.
Krishna rajanna’s license was pulled
saturday by the kansas board of healing
arts. The unanimous decision ended a
drawn-out battle that included startling
allegations against rajanna.
The board unanimously ruled that
rajanna’s license should be pulled after
a series of inspections turned up such
things as a dead mouse in the clinic
hallway, filled syringes in an unlocked
refrigerator, carpet in a surgical area
and a facility that was generally
unkempt.
Rajanna has denied those charges and also
denies a more serious claim, raised in a
legislative hearing this year, that an
employee had witnessed him “microwave
one of the aborted fetuses and stir it
into his lunch.”
the claim was aired publicly in an
affidavit by detective william howard of
the kansas city, kan., police department,
who testified in march before the health
and human services committee of the kansas
house as the legislature considered
tightening regulations on abortion
clinics.
Howard told lawmakers that he had been
called to the clinic in 2003 by rajanna,
who wanted to report a theft. During the
investigation, howard said he spoke with
an employee that rajanna had suspected of
the theft.
Rajanna denies the claim and points out
that it was made by a disgruntled employee
who was later fired.
“they’re just making it up with no
proof whatsoever,” he said.
Another employee, tom spreitzer jr.,
backed rajanna and called the claim
outlandish.
Howard could not be reached for comment,
and the police department refused repeated
requests for an interview with him.
The employee who made the original claim
also could not be reached. Her claim,
though, has since resurfaced in internet
news reports, just days after rajanna’s
license was revoked by the board of
healing arts.
The claim has never been proved, says
rajanna, who sees no point in arguing
about it further.
“we’re always under attack. It’s
not something new. They would always take
a lie and make it as big as can be and
that’s exactly what is happening,” he
said.

stupid,whatever he lost his licence for it
was not for eating a fetus.This shyte
annoys the hell out of me because it is
the reason that people like steen don't
believe a lot of what we say.Just how
stupid do these people think we are,are we
really going to believe he ate a
fetus,well I for one do not believe that
he ate one,that was the sickest thing
anyone can say about another human being.

lets put it this way....In this day and
age....Nothing would surprise me. But I
would sincerely hope that no one was that
warped and demented to eat aborted
fetuses. The man is obviously innocent
until proven guilty....And as of yet....I
have heard no guilty verdict.

And yes you are right. The wholesale and
uncritical repetition of prolie hate
mongering nonsense is a major reason why
we see pl as pathological and constant
liars. Every time more pl lying claptrap
is spewed, and especially when nobody
retract the lies, it is another nail in
the coffin of pl credibility. I rarely
see any reason to take pl serious because
the display is generally that of no
integrity and a wanton willingness for any
lie that makes the pl argument.
Are you surprised that I frankly don't
believe a thing pl claims? That coupled
with the inane medical claims that are
always spewed about these super fetuses
that somehow have full, almost adult
abilities from the very moment of
conception.
I would like a dialogue on the issues of
reducing the number of abortions, but it
simply can not be based on lies. Lies
are unacceptable. And whenever a pl
spews another lie, never mind how much
they got it from a website, the fact of
not double-checking with non-biases
sources is just further evidence to me

comments about how you figured that he
likely could have done it. You "forgot"
to retract that. Or did you think that
we just forget about your claims? As
long as they are out there, they stand
until you retract them. So right now you
are on record as leaning towards believing
that he ate fetuses because you found
worldnetdaily to be credible.
So yes, every remark you make about this
doctor will be tied to your silly belief
that he eats fetuses.
Unless you unequivocably are retracting
this claim and admits that wnd were
outright lying. When you support
