In one of those women's magazines you buy
in the supermarket, there was a huge
artical about green tea and its ability to
fight fat. I know there are good
effects of drinking tea: heart heath
especially. I love tea, it is one of
the staples of my college diet. The
artical read that by drinking three 8 oz
cups of green tea will help you loose
weight fast. Does anyone know the
benefits/downsides of this type of diet
and does it work?
ihope this helps, take care, good luck
with the diet.

I drink green tea all day long (but not
near bedtime, because it can keep you
awake) and it works well for energy, for
antioxidants, & for keeping my body
going. I definitely recommend it &
there's no downside. One tip ~ look for
organic green tea if you can get it, and
be sure to steep it for 3 to 5 minutes to
get the full effect.

Diet Patches Are a Scam And the Companies Ruin Your Credit Posted: 10-25-05 20:08pm
Ftc says diet patches do not cause weight
loss, illinois sues diet patch for being a
scam, ftc sues diet patch multiple times,
people complain that diet patch companies
send them patches they did not order and
then ruin their credit if they do not pay
I have been wondering the same thing as
one of my friends told me a story about
green tea being very helpfull with someone
he knows. I lost about 30 lbs on atkins
a few years ago but I would still like to
lose about 10-15 more. I have heard that
some types of green tea are more effective
than others.

I don't know about diet patches, but green
tea seems to give me a real pick me up.
It's not like some other diet stuff that
makes you jittery, but it does seem to
work. This site has some more info if you

Hi friends sorry to say but I am a big fan
of Oolong tea but i know some of the
benefits of regularly drinking green
tea.Drinking green tea lowers total
cholesterol levels, as well as improving
the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad
(LDL) cholesterol.

green tea diet Posted: 04-09-08 23:57pm
I heard that switching from coffee to
green tea will make you lose weight. I am
an ardent coffee lover and switched as i
read that i could lose 10 pounds in 6
weeks. I made the very difficult switch
and have not noticed any weight loss. I
have spent a small fortune on 80 and 90
dollar a pound green teas and all the
gadgets that go with it. I am enjoying the
green tea but no weight loss. The only
thing i have noticed is that my hair seems
to be healthier and has more shine. anyone
lost weight on this switch?

I heard something about the chemicals used
on the leaves in China can be harmful when
you drink it - has anyone else heard this?
