Okay this is my first time being pregnant
and i'm 21 so everything is brand new to
me and my hubby! Lol I did really good
with the morning sickness I never really
got sick, got quesy at night but thats
it..I am peeing alot though!! My question
is I get constipated very
easily(especially when im taking the
prenatals) is there anything I can do to
help with that, its miserable!!!

When I went in to get my prenatals I asked
the lady there what I could take because I
was already constipated even though I
wasnt taking the prenatals yet. The lady
told me to take fiber pills and it does
work, but right now im always constipated
for a little of a week and then I get
diarrhea and I know, it really sux! I
just dont take the pills like I am suppose
to....Im just getting worried about the
diarrhea thing. Also drinking lots of
water will help wach everything through
you is what im told. When I went in for
my first Dr. App. For the baby and
everything I told him I took fiber pills
sometimes and he said that its perfectly
fine to take those but you cannot take
laxatives.

I dont take my prenatals either...I make
sure to eat what I am suppose to
though...But the prenatals make me feel
really sick and the constipate me really
bad!!! Thanks for the advice!

I had to switch my prenatals 3 times
before finally finding some that didn;t
make me sick.
As for the constipation: make sure to
drink lots of water too. I am still
constipated though even with water and
fibre and I only have 1 week left till my
due date. I always clog the damn toilet,
my bf thinks I have super poops-lol

something my husbnad would say...Im really
bad about not drinking water like I
should! But not going to the bathroom is
just making me miserable it makes my
stomach hurt so bad...

lol.. You know what helps too eat a huge
bowl of salad. Or if there's a subways
in japan go get a sub. Those sandwiches
always make me poop-lol
