I have had anxiety and panic attacks since
I was in my 20's...Ive gotten anlot better
in my 30's for some reason, no meds
either...But also worried about anxiety of
being preggers....Oddly enuf...I never
felt better in my whole life than when I
was pg.
It may be the surge of hormones but I felt
great...
However, post deliivery, and due to many
many drugs in my system after the
c-section, I got big time anxiet, baby
blues, post partum, whatever you want to
call it. I went on paxil right away, and
w/in 10 days I felt much more normal...And
eventually after a few weeks I felt
great...Really enjoyed being a mom of a
newborm...Very peaceful beautiful
time...(i stayed at home gratefully).
I have been off and on paxil since...Am
back on 20mgs also trying to get
preggers...So going down to 10mgs...I
think I will be fine.
Alll I can say, the temporary discomfort
is so very worth it.
Nothing is better than bringin a life into
this world...
