I have had hallucinations for some time.
But recently it's been getting weirder.
The people I see are carrying on
conversations, the voices are telling me
what to do and if I don't do it, I fear
for my safety from myself because of how
insistent they are. My doctor diagnosed
me as mildly bipolar a year ago, and says
my hallucinations are from that. They're
constant though, and seem to bear no
relation to my moods. I've also been
having some odd symptoms like feeling
really flat... Like no emotions at all.
And sometimes thy're really random,
mismatched emotions, like getting pissed
off at my cat for meowing or laughing at
stop signs. It's scary.... I just want
to know what's going on with me. Can
anybody help? I'm only 14, too... I
heard schizophrenia doesn't develop until
15... Is this true? :?:

Someone decribed that one feeling really
well. I could kill someone or myself and
not feel anything. No remorse, horror,
depression, anything. :( idk what to
do.... Someone please help!

I can relate to you on the killing without
emotion feeling. Although i'm not
schizophrenic, I haven't been to a doctor
or anything

Hey pal, I think I know what you mean. I
have the exact same thing about killing
without remorse. I don't know whether or
not i'd call it schizophrenic, but I would
say that it is not necissarily a problem,
from my point of view. I know that I
myself feel hardly at all. I know it's
kind of ironic, considering my screen
name, but it's true. I don't really feel
emotion(s). But if it is something that
you feel you are in control of, i'd say
you are fine. I know it's something I am
in control of and I have been doing ok for
the past few years. But the
hallucinations might be something to worry
about a little. Those can get scary and
unpredictable, and is not something that
is associated with a bipolar disorder.
Ask your doctor for recommendations for a
second opinion, that would be my best
guess :)

I've tried vitamin b and zinc. I looked
it up and tried it before I got
worried...
To iknowhowyoufeel: the feeling kind of is
a problem with me... I've been put in a
mental institution for od'ing on asprin.
I was just wondering, you know, because I
really have no idea.

It is nothing to be afraid of.
Sometimes, life can get really confusing
especially when it seems we don't catch
certain things with people so they don't
make sense. Does that ever happen to
you.
