No I just get extremely tired. I jut lye
down on my bed. I dont want to talk to
anybody because its like im on a whole
different emotional level than they are
and when I realilze how irrational my
thoughts are to cause me to feel the way I
do (depressed), I become embarassed that I
am acting in such a depressed way it makes
me even more depressed and I just want to
hide until I get better.

I have tension headache. I get it most
often when I don't get enough sleep, when
i'm stressed, or when I feel really hot.

Headaches can be one of the symptoms of
depression as well as of hypoglycemia.
Most people with depression have
hypoglycemia that can be treated by going
on a hypoglycemic diet.
