I had unprotected sex with some random guy, and I want to get tested for std, but when is the best time? Like, do I go the next day or do I have to wait a couple weeks or days? I have no idea. Help!

You can get tested anytime after for certain stds but will have to be retested in about 6 months for everything again especialy hiv.
