i personally don't want to breastfeed...I'd rather use formula....It's a personal choice every birth mother has to make. Don't put people down just because they don't want to breastfeed.

actually I dont have a problem with that usually.
You stop putting down people and attacking them for abortions and ill consider it.

i am super upset because of my c-sec and his size I am not producing enough milk to feed my son. He'll be 1 week tomorrow and weighs about 9lbs. I have been aganizing over what to do and cryuing and crying. Finally yesterday we gave him formula and he slept from 12-3.30am and from 4.30-7.30am and is sleeping now which he hasn't done before. Before he wanted to feed every 1/2 -1 hour and I was losing it.

I am super upset about this but figure I really tried my best and just can;t do it. I feel absolutely awfull but.... I guess love is more importnant.

hi lil blaze...I know how you feel.. I am slowly weaning my baby from the breast..And I feel guilty as hell. But it ties you down so much more, and you really don't get a good nights rest until you stop.

You need to be rested and healthy for trey and being so sleep deprived all the time isn't good. Formula is good too!!! He got a weeks worth of breast milk and it is better than nothing....The colostrum is the good stuff...And he already got that...

im not trying to be rude but what are you then.
You try to tell people how to deal with their pregnancies. And insult them when they dont do what you would.
