Do Slimming Pills Effect the Pill?! Posted: 06-20-05 09:34am
I know this sounds bad but I recently have
been taking slimming pills to help me kick
start to lose a couple of pounds.
Ive been on the pill now (yasmine) for 2
months and I was wondering if you knew if
slimming pills can effect the pill?
I know your boobs are supposed to get
bigger on the pill, but this takes the
buiscuit! (not that i'm complaining) ive
gone up a full cup in the space of a week
and they are very sore to touch (cant lie
on my belly). Ive also been feeling a
little 'icky' but I was putting that down
to the slimming pills. Then one of my
colleagues suggested that the slimming
pill could effect the contraceptive
pill.
Does any one know?

The slimming pills have no lower
efficiency rate than any other pills. As
far as your symptoms(breasts ect.) those
should die down in a couple of months.
You are just as protected on yasmin as any
other type of birth control.
