Help..

Im not sure whats wrong with me, if anything...Here it goes im going to try to explain this as best I can

somtimes I go 20-30 hours without eating..Or I might eat like a peice of pizza or some snacks but thats it. Just because theres nothing to eat, and im too lazy to cook somthing. But I never get hungry at the same time. Then when food comes around..Even after not eating for a whole day, I cant eat it even if I try because eating it feels like caca...Even if its my favorite food and it tastes great. Just the whole eating food part makes me feel sick..Although I know I have to eat and I want to eat..I cant.

Im not anorexic...Or bulimic and have never been.
I weigh 170lbs and im 5'10, male and athletic, I run/walk miles everyday, play sports, surf and snowboard.

I have no want whatsoever to be skinnyer, and I have no fear whatsoever of becomming fat..Its just that I cant eat...

*******

this may all be related to a braintumor and/or schitzophrenia which I havn't gone to the doctor for yet, but I think I have one or the other.

Hi.

Anorexia is more fear of eating and fear for fat+sugars, which you say you don't have.

Bulimia is more about starving a lot and than eating to much that causes anxiety feeling leading to laxation and vomiting- which you say you don't have.

People with autism or psycological problems or even depression can result in problem with metabolism and food in general- but I truly don't think this is case with you.

My ex boyfriend was funny about food especially when he was tired. She thought of food would make him feel unwell!

Do you sleep well? If not that can be very much related.

I think you have deficiency of b vitamin which is can have affect on the appetite, and also the fact that you train a lot can sometimes mean that you consume instead a lot of liquid- which can give you feeling of being full.

I would recommend you to do following:
-be in bed on time. Even if you are unable to sleep, just relax or read something really boring. Try to get your routine on 8 hours sleep
-brush teeth and than have a breakfast (morning saliva can sometimes make you not want any food but try it).
-to start with have only fruits and natural yoghurt (it is healthy, sweet, and good for you)

the rest of the day try to have something fresh. No pizza, no burger, no chips. Go for something small and nice. Too much sauces and stuff will make you loose the appetite. Just go for plain and simple foods. But be strikt with the breakfast!
