Q: Mysterious Lumps.....help

I am freaking out...I just discovered tiny squishy lumps on the back of my baby's head. He fell asleep on me the other night...And I was rubbing his head, when I felt them.. Has anyone ever felt anything like this?...........Someone please respond...I am freaking right out. I feel like putting him the car and driving 250 miles to the nearest childrens hospital
