Do You Think I'm Pregant...?

Yes I believe I am...The it was a thursday when we had sex the first time we had sex without a condom...Well the next night friday I took the pill but 10 mins later I through it up cuz I was drinking and all and I dont know if it had enough time to get in my system?

It matters even if it was just one time that I missed it?

I have a similar situation, sorta. I just started birth control for my acne about a month and a half ago. Then I got a boyfriend and we got rather intimate and physical. We were fooling around and his penis accidently went into me for about 10 seconds-ish. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my pills this night at my house and wasn't able to take it until about 5 hours after my usual time. However, the next night we were again messing around and he again accidently entered me, but only for about 2-3 seconds and not as far as the first time. Again, unfortunately, I had forgotten my pill at its usual time and took it immediately (about 3 hours late), spoiling the mood and all in the process... He didn't come either time and he didn't wear a condom. I really don't think i'm popped due to sports or whatnot, and also not through penetration because I was a virgin and he didn't go all the way in. I'm so sure that there's a nice chance that I may be pregnant. Things I hear and read and my courses for my biochemistry major all lean in favor of this. My boyfriend, however, swears up and down and all around that there's no way I could be. He says that he didn't go all the way in, he didn't come, he wasn't in long enough, there's only 4 days a month a girl can get pregnant... His support is that he's been with several girls who had no birth control or other protection at all and nothing happened to them, and even more prominently that he actually tried for about a whole year to get one girl pregnant but failed. I'm suppose to get my period in about a week. I skip every few months, but the birth control is suppose to help regulate my cycle. I don't want to wait until a week to see if I get my period or not to figure out my chances of being pregnant. If I miss my period, i'll be totally convinced I am, and i'll be so freaked out! I know I was so incredibly moronicly stupid being so incredibly careless--i don't need a lecture on this, I mean, I keep telling it to myself now. I'd just really appreciate other insight as to the probabilities. It would set my mind at more ease, perhaps. Thanks!

Birth control pills are not 100% effective until you have taken them for 3 months. The doctor should have told you to use protection until your 3 months is up.

They are right. B/c is not a sure fire protection, and neither are condoms. If you are late, you need to test.

The pharmacist's note says that a supplemental form of birth control is necessary during the first week of taking the medication. And my doctor didn't tell me because I got it for acne, not birth control.

Does it matter if you take the pill at the same time everynight though...I mean what if you are like 2 hours late on taking it? Could it make a difference?

Don't mean to scare anyone but my baby was concieved while I was using the pill. I had been on it for about 7 years at the time of conception.

Ortho tri-cyclen it what I used. The docotr had all kinds of excuses for why it didn't work.

I use it correctly too it at the same time everyday, and never missed one pill.

They said tylenol can alter the effects, as well as any kind of cough and flu remedies.

Diaherra, throwing up, or any kind of antibiotics, allergy meds....Etc...

Be ware...Or you'll have a 10 week old baby like me someday soon!!!!!

How did you know your were pregant? Did you feel like you were tired all the time and got headaches?...When was it when you discovered that you were pregant?

How do you know that your really pregant I mean the feeling...Ive taken a pregancy test but it said neg. And ive just been really tired and not feeling well lately but I dont want to go to a doctor just yet...?

I think the problem here is that a lot of you girls confuse the effects of the pill to pregnancy,

the pill isnt narural and it will mess you up a little.

I was taking the pill the start of this year and I used to get my period at some point everyday, really lightly, but it never concerned me.

And of course it will give you headaches because you are stopping something natural from happening to your body.

We'll I missed my period..That was my first indication. But I never thought anything of it..Because I was on the pill...And never had any baby scares at all before. I week before I found out I went camping...I got loaded and smoked weed......I was so ashamed of myself when I did actually find out because i'm not a pot smoker..But that weekend I did...And what if it harmed my baby?....What if the drinks did something too?...

I had all these thought in my head....My mind raced.

Anyways.. I was only like 3 weeks pregnant when I did find out..So it was a long 9 months.


During the early stages.. I remember always feeling crampy...Like I was going to start my period... I was afraid it was an etopic pregnancy for awhile..But the doctor said slight cramping was normal..It was just the implantation taking place. I also had slight discharge that was brownish color.


I do remember getting headaches..And I always felt really faint, and light headed....I sometimes I did actually pass out. I felt like I was gonna throw up...And I just pass right right out on the floor. Everybody is different.....Do you want a baby???

My first pregnancy test was negative also...Wait a little bit longer and take another...Or go get a blood test done by your doctor

I'm not trying to have a baby. But if I were pregant I know my boyfriend would be here with me and we would learn to live with it. Theres times I think no I cant be but then its just like well why am I feeling this way?

I got my period so everythings fine, but thanks for your input...
