First, I tried to stop eating, but I only
stopped eating for a couple of days, then
eat compulsively for the next days, I
recently gave up, and tried a diet, but I
couldn't stop eating, I can't stop eating
now, i'm desperate and don't know what to
do.
I can't see a doctor or a dietist because
I don't want my parents to know about
it.
I look at my friends, they are so normal,
and I envy that, I wish I could eat
normally, get full with a reasonable
amount of food, I can't, I eat anytime I
start thinking about food, and I always
think about food, i'm always eating!, I
hate this, today, until lunch, it was
perfect, I ate normally, but then I
failed.
What can I do?!, please.. I think I need
some help, all my world is around food,
all I can focus on is food and diet, i'm
not enjoying anything, i'm always on this
huge pain, I hate myself, I hate food, and
I hate everybody.

Hey I am sorry that you are going through
this.It is not an easy thing to handle on
your own.Have you got anybody that you can
confide in ? You don't have to tell them
everything,just that you're finding it
hard to find the right way of eating for
you.Maybe you can try eating around other
people because personally I know that you
are less likely to binge when you are
around others.
Most importantly though,remember that this
isn't your fault.We do not choose to let
these conditions take over our lives.It is
a hard thing to get over on your own so
please,please.Please allow yourself to get
some help.It will be better in the long
term.Take care x

Ok, so I tried a diet today (again), after
not eating yesterday¬_¬, but.. There
was a problem, i'm trying to diet without
my parent's to know about it, but still..
My mom is dieting, so she always cooks for
everyone what she has to eat for her diet,
so it's okay, but today, I had my
breakfast, as the diet said, then, for
lunch, everyone was doing something else,
and my mom didn't have what was supposed
for lunch, so my fridge was empty(at least
nothing useful), so I horribly binged on
bread with peanut butter cream, then I had
a sandwich ¬_¬.
I hate it because I actually didn't wanna
eat that, I was gonna do my diet properly,
but there was nothing on the fridge, and I
felt really hungry and anxious.
I felt horribly bad.
So, I hope tomorrow there is something to
eat.
I have a horrible headache, and my stomach
hurts too. I'm almost sure it's because
of my disorder, I mean, i'm really messed
up right now :?

I know with me I binged because I dieted
& my body couldn't take the starvation
after awhile. It sounds to me like you
are cutting back on calories too much so
then you have this urge to eat. Your
friends eat normally so they have no
binges. If you let yourself eat normal
meals regularly your urges would go away.
At least that's what happened to me.

Today I complete a week following a diet,
i've been eating well, at first I couldn't
help to think I just wanted to stop
eating, but I didn't.
I actually lost more than what I do when I
don't eat, cuz i've also been excercising
too much, so i've been good, i've been
feeling great, i've lost 12 lbs on a
week.
And I haven't felt much hungry, whenever I
do.. I eat, if it's out of time to eat,
well I eat some lettuce or tomato, or some
vegetable, and.. Of course at a certin
hour I eat my meals.
