Even after so many Dr. And health
specialists have told me I have anxiety
without a doubt, sometimes it is so bad
that I just feel like they dont
understand, then I read through all my
documentation and the science of anxiety
and I understand that it is indeed what I
have. Anxiety is notorious for making you
think irrational thoughts, that is what
cognitive therapy is for.

Do you ever have a day that is better than
another?
If you do... On those days do you ever
feel like your old self?
How long have you had anxiety?
