Hey well heres the prob,
i get cramps in my stomach, not enough to
hurt but enough to get annoying, and when
I get cramps I get cramps in my back too.
Is this normal?
My boyfriend gave me a back massage last
night and I started thinking bout how nice
it would feel if someone walked on my
back, isnt that weird?
Also my ante natal appointment isnt for a
month so I will be 16 weeks before I even
get my first ultrasound.
Can I just ask my gp for an ultrasound to
see if the baby is ok?

Hi,
you should be able to get a scan- I did,
at about 8 weeks. (i was unsure of my
dates)
they should give you a referal if you tell
them you are having some pains-even small
ones- I was planning on getting one to
confirm my dates anyway (which was
recommended by my gp when I had all my
blood tests and stuff early on, but hadn't
got around to it yet, and then I had a few
twinges one morning, so I figured, good a
time as any, went in to a gp(not even the
same one), and had the scan later the same
day to make sure everything was all cool,
and i'm in melbourne, so it should'nt be
any harder for you.
No harm in asking anyway.
Hey- I was you three years ago!!! I found
out 14th june that I was pregnant, and I
was almost 8 weeks already, so I would
have been about 10 weeks or so about now.
My original due date was 9th feb 2003, but
my daughter (sinead) came on 17th january
instead-drama queen!!!
When's your due date?

Well I found out when I was bout 4 weeks
at the start of june?
