Are you trying to become pregnant? If so, you should just assume every month that it is a possibility and stop doing those things now. It's better to be safe than sorry. But I know from my own personal experience that things in the beginning of pregnancy do not effect the baby because technically they are not living off your body for a few weeks. For instance, I had a mri when I was about 2 weeks pregnant, had it the day before my period. When I found out I was pregnant I asked the doctor if it would hurt the baby and she said no because at that point the baby is still developing into where it will be experiencing what my body does. You understand? Don't know if my wording makes sense. Lol. Anyway, good luck if your trying!
