Late april I performed oral sex on another
man. I saw no precum and he didnt
ejaculate in my mouth. I also sucked on
his toes and his fingers. Hours later I
was tired so I went to bed. The next day
I was fatigued and my stomach was making
noises. I went to the doctoe 3 days after
the encounter with a temperture of 100.5.
They took my blood work which turned out
normal. For the rest of that week. I
felt like I had stomach ulcers and my
stomach was sore as a result. I also had
a mild throat irrtation but it wasnt sore.
The fatigue, stomach problems and throat
irritation subdued about 2 weeks after the
encounter. I went about a week of
feeiling like I was getting better. Then
I noticed my throat was getting irritated
again. It felt like throat swelling. At
the same time an area appeared on the tip
of my tongue. I think its geographic
tongue because its a bald spot. This time
I don't feel fatigued but more like
drowsiness/tired like. My throat became a
little sore. I wasnt sure if it was my
throat or a gland on my throat. My throat
felt better after about 4 days but the
tiredness is lingering. Is it possible
that stress is causing alot of whats going
on? Does it sound like hiv? The
tiredness has lingered on for a month now
and my throat is still a little red and
irritated but not sore. Throughout this
time i've also had aches or spasms at the
base of my neck and shoulders in the back
and i’ve had a couple of ice pick
headaches. I’ve calmed down a little
over the past week and I can’t shake the
tiredness off.

"late april I performed oral sex on
another man. I saw no precum and he didnt
ejaculate in my mouth."
you'll hear many different opinions
regarding the classification of oral sex
as a risk. I personally believe that
while you are in the moment, you can't
identify what is exactly in your mouth
(other than the obvious). You obviously
are worried about the incident.
Otherwise, you would not have written.
So, because of your honesty, we're off to
a good start.
Sucking toes and fingers are not a risk
for hiv.
I've read your thread and list of symptoms
and events. Many people will respond and
say that symptoms are no way to determine
if you have hiv. I hate such a response.
You're here because you have concerns.
Your concerns are due to real symptoms.
However, keep in mind that your symptoms
are not consistant with the 25 years of
science regarding hiv. As a matter of
fact, your story raises so many other
alarms, but none in the hiv family.
You must be honest with your doctor and
describe the situation to him/her. I do
believe that you may have been exposed to
some other type of std, or possibly some
other viral infection. You need to have
the doctor run an std panel. If you had
unprotected sex in the past (you did not
indicate and only you know for sure), an
hiv test is warranted. If not, learn a
valuable lesson from what you just
experienced.
Anxiety is a lot easier to deal with
compared to hiv. Don't go looking for
it. If you look hard enough, you will
find it. However, most people who jump
into the hiv curiosity (with questions
like yours) are having effects caused by
anxiety.
Promise me that you'll read what I wrote
and listen to it. One more trip to the
doctor, ok?
