Is there a herbal medicine that helps with the ovualtion/fertility?

I think so but I never used them I got pregnant right away....(i'm 2 months pregnant)...But watch because they can make you have twins or more; neighbor from old neighborhood took some kind of medication to help and she and her husband had triplets.
