I have been thinking of joining a gym but
am a bit susceptible because I have heard
tht exercing at the various equipments in
the gym may cause a number of injuries.
Can anyone please describe what are the
different types of injuries that I may
sustain while exercing at the gym?

Get a cpt for your first week or two to
teach you proper lifting technique.
Don't do more than your body can handle.
You'll be fine.
